DMCA Policy for Chicken Seasoning

At Chicken Seasoning, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Chicken Seasoning website, please notify us by submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA Takedown Notice with Chicken Seasoning, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed from the Chicken Seasoning website as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe that the content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may send us a DMCA Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URLs where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Chicken Seasoning may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the complaining party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If the complaining party does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
